"I designed the Amélie because I hated choosing between staying dry in a shapeless raincoat or freezing in a nice jacket. We built it specifically to withstand the sideways rain coming off the lake here in Queenstown. As Sarah and I pack up our studio to move to Australia, looking at the last of these parkas on the racks is bittersweet.
