We cover the delivery costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order amount.

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our parcels:

• After an order is placed, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. On weekdays, this usually takes just one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

• Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery takes an average of 5 to 15 business days. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service at any time. Below, we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

Placing an order

The ordering process at Mertella is designed to be as simple as possible. Start by going to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.

It is important to check that you have selected the correct options. If everything is correct, click “Proceed to checkout”. On the information page, you will need to enter the correct address details. Make sure all information is accurate. Once all details have been entered, click “Proceed to shipping”.

On the “Shipping” page, you have the opportunity to check the entered address information one last time. Please also note that every shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now click the “Proceed to payment” button.

Payment options

You can choose from different payment methods. All payments at Mertella are SSL encrypted, which ensures a secure payment environment.
