RETURN POLICY

Please note: we only accept returns that:

• are in their original packaging, including tags and labels.
• are returned in their original condition and without signs of use.
• are returned within 30 days after receipt.

If the returned item does not meet one of the three conditions mentioned above, Mertella reserves the right not to refund the order amount and/or not to return the product to the customer.

Once we have received and approved your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account used to place the order.

Customers have the option to cancel their order free of charge within 24 hours after placing it. After this period, the order will be shipped and can only be returned after receipt.

The sender is always responsible for the shipment. It may therefore be useful to provide your parcel with a track & trace code. Please note that the return costs are at the buyer’s expense.
